Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PeakStone Brownsville Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Services Provided

PeakStone Brownsville Concrete provides concrete contracting services including but not limited to driveways, patios, sidewalks, stamped concrete, slabs, foundations, repairs, and retaining walls. All services are performed by our trained professionals according to industry standards and local building codes in Brownsville, TX and surrounding areas.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for your project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit to schedule your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract. You agree to pay all costs associated with collecting overdue payments.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion timelines for all projects. However, actual completion times may vary due to weather conditions, material availability, site conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work diligently to complete your project as soon as possible.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our concrete installations as outlined in your project contract. Warranty coverage depends on the type of service provided and proper maintenance by the property owner. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, extreme weather events, or modifications made by others.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area for our crew and equipment. You are responsible for removing or protecting any items in the work area. We maintain proper insurance coverage, but you should notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features that may affect the work.

Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges. If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit, depending on materials ordered and work already performed.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or other economic losses. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. If we cannot reach a resolution, you agree that any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cameron County, Texas, under Texas law. Both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve disagreements before pursuing legal action.
